We provide rat, mice and rodent control services, including inspection, treatment, removal, proofing and monitoring, for residential and commercial properties in Dubai. The exact scope of any job is confirmed with you before work begins, following an inspection where needed.
To carry out the service safely and effectively, we need reasonable access to the affected areas. You agree to provide access and to follow any simple preparation or safety advice we give, for example keeping children and pets away from treated areas until it is safe.
Where a guarantee is offered, it typically runs for 3 to 6 months depending on the service and property, and includes free follow-up visits if rodent activity returns within that period. The guarantee applies to the areas treated and depends on the agreed proofing being completed and on reasonable hygiene and maintenance being kept. It does not cover new infestations caused by factors outside our control, such as unsealed structural works, neighbouring premises or conditions you were advised to address but did not.
We use Dubai Municipality approved products and methods and follow Integrated Pest Management practices. We place secure, tamper-resistant stations and prioritise safe methods around people and pets. You agree to follow the safety guidance we provide during and after treatment.
Prices and payment terms are agreed before work begins. Any additional work beyond the agreed scope will be quoted and confirmed with you first.
We carry out our services with reasonable skill and care. Rodent behaviour can vary, and while our aim is always a lasting result, no pest control provider can guarantee that a property will never see rodent activity again. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
